Teens On Graduation: “We Have To Work”

A new survey via the Boys & Girls Clubs of America and the Taco Bell Foundation indicates ‘getting a job to help support their family’ is now the top reason for teens dropping out of high school. 


Teens from around the country assembled in Atlanta with educators and elected officials on April 2nd for a Town Hall meeting to discuss the escalating graduation crisis—and possible solutions—knowing that ideas generated would be delivered to political leaders afterwards.  Go to http://www.leffassociates.com/april2townhall.html for details—the survey was conducted in March with over 1,000 respondents.
